Ease of booking and choice of classes 

All classes are 30/45 mins which are perfect to fit into your schedule.  Classes run Monday-Saturday from 8.30am - 9pm. We offer multiple styles of class, all to suit whatever your goals. You can book your sessions as suits you, you can vary the class, day or time to suit. 

Everything provided for you

Bespoke local studio, free and accessible car park on site as well as coffee from local cafe. Everything is provided even the vibe!
